Music Africa is a non profit community based organization dedicated to the promotion of African Music and culture. Music Africa Goals are: To promote African music and culture in Toronto through festivals and occasional events including AfroFest as the flagship event. To increase awareness and appreciation of African arts and cutlure in the wider Canadian community through access by Toronto audiences to preformances. To support and promote local international artists and groups who perform African music and dance. To cooperate with and provide liason for Toronto based African based and ethnic organizations in the staging of cultural events.
