Talanta Children’s Group is a children’s group performing dance from Uganda, mostly from the northern region. Tutored and led by Annie Kokooza the group will continue an AfroFest tradition of having a children’s group open the Queen’s Park event. With Music Africa’s aim of promoting African music and culture in Toronto it is a great pleasure to support and encourage the participation of our younger generation.
